What time should I arrive at the campsite?

You may arrive as early as 8:00am on Saturday, 11th October to the campsite to register, and get set up. It is advised to arrive before 10:00am so do you will have more time to enjoy the festival and its activities.

If you plan on arriving earlier than 8:00am or have any questions, please reach out to the organizer's contact details found in the last FAQ section. You will be given a contact for the person-in-charge (PIC) overseeing the Ford campsite registration.

I have more than 4 pax coming in one car. Is this allowed?

We do make exceptions based on circumstance - the 4 pax limit is mainly based on the assumption that only 4 adults can comfortably fit in one vehicle and set up camp within the confines of a 20x20 ft. plot.

If you are a family of five (e.g., parents + 3 young children), that is absolutely fine, as long as you do not exceed the space designated for your campsite.

We do make exceptions based on circumstance - the 4 pax limit is mainly based on the assumption that only 4 adults can comfortably fit in one vehicle and set up camp within the confines of a 20x20 ft. plot.

Yes, basic toilet facilities (toitoi) will be placed within and around the campsite area. Shower facilities are available within walking distance of the campsite, located inside the resort's golf facilities.

Yes, we welcome families to enjoy and experience camping at our events! Take note that parents should supervise children at all times.

When is the last day to sign up?

We will close the registration as soon as we have reached the maximum capacity of 20 Ford vehicles signed up, or on 10th October 2025 - whichever comes first.

What is Refund & Cancellation Policy?

Refunds or cancellations will only be honored before 27th September 2025 (two weeks prior to the event). Any cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
