Will there be food available nearby?

Participants are encouraged to bring their own food and cooking supplies for the camping experience.

The nearest place to find food is R&R Leban Condong, which has several food stalls and convenience options.

Please note that food delivery services (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) are not available in this area. However, Villea Rompin Resort does have a restaurant that serves food.

What is the difference between Tier 1 (Beach Side) and Tier 2 (Hotel Side)?

The main difference is the camping location.

Tier 1 – Beach Side: Camp closer to the beach and main event area, giving you the full beach camping experience and quicker access to activities.

Tier 2 – Hotel Side: Camping is located on the hotel side area, slightly further from the beach but still within the event grounds.

Both tiers include the same event access, activities, and goodie bag. The only difference is the camping location preference.

The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a damaged, duplicated, or invalid ticket.
Camping gear is NOT provided by the organiser. All attendees must bring their own tents, sleeping bags, cooking gear, and other necessary camping equipment.
Please come prepared for an outdoor, beachside camping experience.
Camping slots are allocated based on your ticket purchase.
Each slot corresponds to the specific size and type you selected at the time of booking.
No changes, upgrades, or slot exchanges will be entertained by the organiser. (Tiada penukaran akan dilayan oleh pihak penganjur.)

For toilets, participants can use the restroom facilities located at Villea Rompin Resort. Please note that the toilets are within the hotel area and may require a short walk from the camping zones.

The nearest convenience store is 99 Speedmart 3247 (PH), Taman Puteri Indah, located about 14.1 km (approximately 15 minutes) from Villea Rompin.

If you require medical attention during the event, please inform any of our event crew immediately so they can assist you.

A medic team will be on standby during the official event hours. Please note that medical personnel will not be on standby during camping hours.

What is Refund & Cancellation Policy?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified accordingly, and refunds will be processed based on the organizer’s refund policy.
