Adventure Festival 2026 – Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. General

• By purchasing or using an Adventure Festival 2026 ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend the event programme, venue layout, activities, and schedule without prior notice.
• All programmes and timings are subject to change due to operational, weather, or safety requirements.

2. Ticket Admission

• FREE ENTRY for the events, 
• All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with an invalid or duplicated ticket.

3. Event Entry

• Ticket holders must present a valid ticket or QR code upon entry.
• The organizer may request identification for verification purposes.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

• Respect fellow visitors, exhibitors, staff, and venue personnel.
• Follow all instructions issued by the organizer, marshals, and security personnel.
• Behave responsibly and refrain from any disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful conduct.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any person from the event without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to others or disrupts the event.

5. Safety

• Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.
• Certain activities may have separate safety requirements or waivers.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Photography & Media

• Photography and videography will be conducted throughout the event.
• By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in promotional, marketing, or media materials without compensation.

7. Weather

• Adventure Festival is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the organizer.
• No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.

8. Lucky Draw & The Big Giveaway

• Participation in any Lucky Draw or The Big Giveaway is subject to the respective campaign Terms & Conditions.
• Winners or selected participants (where verification is required) must be present at the event venue during the draw. Failure to be present may result in disqualification, and the organizer reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

9. Liability

• The organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, or expenses incurred during the event, except where required by applicable law.
• Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

10. Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government directives, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

11. Acceptance

By purchasing, possessing, or using an Adventure Festival 2026 ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
