PRADO MX90 – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The PRADO MX90 Giveaway is organized by El Papi Creatives Sdn. Bhd. doing business as By The Billions (BTB).

2. Eligibility Criteria

The giveaway is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.

Participants must hold a valid driving license to claim the vehicle prize.

Employees of the organizer, partners, sponsors, and immediate family members of the aforementioned parties are not eligible to participate.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign begins in March 2026 upon official launch and ends in September 12, OR, or by the announced campaign closing date.

Entries received after the campaign period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway by purchasing the Prado MX90 Series T-shirt.

Entry mechanics:

One (1) T-shirt purchase = One (1) raffle entry

Participants may purchase multiple T-shirts to receive multiple entries.

Participants who purchase all three Prado MX90 Series designs will receive 3 additional bonus entries (total six (6) entries).

The total number of entries made available during the campaign will be limited.

5. Eligibility Process

Participants must also complete the following to remain eligible:

Follow BTB official social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).

Engage with the campaign by posting or sharing content related to the Prado MX90 campaign.

6. Final Challenge

The Lucky Draw for the Prado MX90 will take place live on 12th September 2026 during 4 Wheels Fest 2026, held at The PARC, Subang Jaya.

All eligible participants who have fulfilled the campaign requirements will be automatically entered into the final draw.

On event day, the winner will be selected through a live random lucky draw conducted by the organizer. 

Finalists or selected participants (if required for verification purposes) must be present at the event venue during the draw. Failure to be present may result in disqualification, and the organizer reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

The organizer’s decision in all matters relating to the draw process, eligibility verification, and winner selection is final, binding, and non-negotiable.

7. Prize

The grand prize is one (1) Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 90-series (MX90). Vehicle will be transferred to the winner after the final challenge.

Engine: 2.7L 3RZ-FE 4-cylinder Petrol Engine

Annual Road Tax Cost: RM1,160.00 (Peninsular Malaysia), RM639.00 (Sabah/Sarawak), RM319.50 (Labuan)

Gearbox: 5-speed manual transmission with 4x4 transfer case

Seating Capacity: 7-seater (3-row)

8. Prize Conditions

The winner must pay all vehicle ownership transfer fees (Puspakom/JPJ) and related administrative costs (road tax, insurance, etc.).

The vehicle is provided without warranty and will be provided on an as-is basis.

BTB, MX and any other associated sponsor branding on the vehicle must remain on the vehicle for at least 12 months after prize redemption.

The winner agrees to participate in selected BTB events including but not limited to Rompin Beach Bash, or 4 Wheels Fest.

9. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

Provide false or misleading information.

Do not comply with campaign requirements.

Attempt to manipulate or exploit the giveaway system.

10. Publicity

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that the organizer may use their name, photo, and content for promotional purposes related to the campaign without additional compensation.

11. General Terms

The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the campaign if necessary.

The organizer’s decision in all matters related to the campaign is final.

Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
